Summary

Interware Development Company is a rapidly growing software manufacturing company suppling financial, motor vehicle, licensing, point of sale, online services and credit card services to municipalities mainly in New Hampshire.  We are looking to expand our team to include an enthusiastic, highly motivated, self-reliant and professional Customer Support Specialist. This position is on-site at our Amherst, NH facility. You will be responsible for answering phones and supporting customers on our host of software applications.

Primary Duties
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years experience with customer support, in a software field preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of various computer software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail, focused on quality of work
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task and demonstrate initiative
  • Must have outstanding customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to work independently

Order Management Specialist

Summary

Interware Development Company is a rapidly growing software manufacturing company supplying financial, motor vehicle, licensing, point of sale, online services, and credit card services to municipalities mainly in New Hampshire.  We are looking to expand our team of 14 to include and additional enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team in our Amherst, NH office to facilitate the processing of sales from quotations and taking orders right on through the implementation of certain products. 

Primary Duties
  • Work directly with Zoho, and Support teams to facilitate seamless provisioning for new and existing customers.
  • Manage provisioning/delivery issues including timely delivery of product and launch of services
  • Perform routine audits to ensure customer accounts are current and in order
  • Perform follow up with customers as needed to complete the sale process
  • Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, processes and procedures
  • Provide accurate quotes and order forms to match the intent of the deal
  • Accurately enter deal information into Zoho
  • Accurately implement customer services into company database using internal systems, follow up with customers as needed to launch
  • Provide quick, reliable updates to all departments and customers during the life of the projects
  • Elevate specialized issues to appropriate business partners for resolution and approval
  • Ensure compliance and consistency across deal on all quotes and order forms
  • Take initiative and identify areas of improvement in the quote to cash process to accelerate order processing and improve sales efficiency
Preferred Experience and Education
  • 1 – 2 years experience with Order Entry and Sales Operations
  • Experience handling ticket queues and prioritizing requests
  • Experience using Zoho and Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Ability to juggle multiple requests at once, understanding the needs of each customer
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making
  • Ability to work independently, shift focus, prioritize, maintain patience and sense of self in high-pressure situation
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel including creating and reviewing formulas
  • Excellent written communication, spelling, and proof-reading skills
  • Ability to learn internal business technology, applications, and solutions quickly

Office Administrator

Summary

Interware Development Company is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, self-reliant and professional office administrator to join our team. This is a flexible position, can be part time or full time for the right candidate, working directly with the president of the company and others within the organization. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties necessary to support business operations.

Primary Duties
  • Basic office tasks; answering phones and transferring to appropriate people, filing, taking messages, inventory and ordering, shipping, receiving, scanning, faxing, etc.
  • Assisting with refunds/voids directly for our customers
  • Reconciling individual accounts for profitability
  • Supporting customers with PCI Compliance
  • Misc. accounts payable and billing tasks
  • Handling the daily bank deposits
  • Managing our support queue, Spiceworks.
  • Facilitating new customer onboarding equipment and literature
  • Completing and distributing quotes and contracts during the sales process for potential customers
  • Facility in office events and meetings
Preferred Experience and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-4 years administrative experience
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, customer services principles and practices
  • Strong working knowledge of various computer software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products with a focus on Excel
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail, focused on quality of work
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task and demonstrate initiative
  • Must have outstanding customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to work independently
