In an effort to help limit the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are reducing the fees associated with processing municipal transactions online. The reduction in fees is effective immediately and will end on April 3rd, aligning with the State of Emergency declared in the State of New Hampshire on March 13, 2020.
Please know that our EB2Gov online services are offered at little to no cost to the town or city that adopts them and instead, paid for by those customers who utilize the service. The fees associated with the citizen’s selected payment type, including credit card and ACH fees, cannot be waived as these fees are charged by our partners who help us bring you these services. As a local, New Hampshire based company operating in the state for 25 years, we care about the health of everyone in our communities and the municipal employees at the very heart of each community-lets help keep everyone safe!
Examples of the types of transactions you can request online include (but are not limited to):
• Motor Vehicle Registration Renewal
• Dog License Renewal
• Property Tax Payment
• Utility Bill Payment
• Parking Fine Payment
We have partnered with over 135 towns and cities across New Hampshire to bring online payments to their communities through our EB2Gov services. Please visit https://www.eb2gov.com or go to your municipal web site to make your payment online!
